Melike Seda Korkmaz graduated from the Faculty of Law at Istanbul Commerce University in 2010 and was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2012.

With approximately fifteen years of professional experience, she advises and represents Turkish and international clients in protecting, advancing and effectively exercising their rights and interests in Türkiye. Her practice encompasses litigation and dispute resolution, corporate and commercial matters, contractual matters, administrative proceedings, debt recovery, asset protection and family law, with a particular focus on the strategic management and resolution of complex legal disputes.

She represents clients before judicial and administrative authorities throughout Türkiye, including proceedings before the Supreme Court and the Council of State. She has extensive experience in the resolution of complex disputes involving multiple areas of law, as well as in both in-court and out-of-court settlement and negotiation processes. 

Taking into account her clients’ commercial objectives, operational requirements and reputational considerations, she conducts comprehensive legal and risk assessments, develops effective negotiation and dispute resolution strategies, and delivers commercially focused and tailored solutions to complex and challenging legal matters.
